Momentum — Lose It and Everything Feels Heavy. Find It and Everything Clicks.
Momentum in business is real.
Lose it, and it’s like trying to run uphill in sand — every step feels harder than it should be.
Find it again, build on it, and suddenly… things just fall into place.
Over the last few years, we’d been on a roll. But 2025 hit differently.
We came off a brutal Q4 in 2024 — our agency failed to deliver, and in e-com, especially for startup brands, performance is everything. On top of that, we got hit with trademark issues, scaled our internal team too quickly, and somewhere along the way, we lost the culture that made LINW what it is. I was spending more time managing people and putting out fires than I was creating, executing, and pushing the brand forward.
By mid-May, something shifted. I’ve talked before about stripping everything back — starting with the product — and slowly, the wheels began to turn again.
Fast forward a few months:
We’ve opened our second retail space here in Bali. Sales are climbing back to where they should be online. We’ve partnered with a new agency that gets it. The team’s happy, engaged, and thriving.
Momentum is back.
And this new store? It’s proof of that.
When we got the keys to No. 70 Batu Bolong, the plan was quick and simple. The quick part happened — the simple part went out the window. We went all in: design, detail, and creating a space that feels like the next chapter of LINW.
After some of the toughest months we’ve faced, it feels good to be here again — building, creating, moving forward.
Soft opening all week.
