CAN I RETURN MY BLACK FRIDAY SALES ITEMS? 

There are NO refunds on sale items and promo codes unless the product is damaged or faulty. This includes, Flash Sales, End of Season Sales, Black Friday / Cyber Monday & Boxing Day.  We are happy to exchange sizes or offer credit notes on products purchased during these periods or purchased with discount codes. 

Please note all Return postage costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not cover any return postage.

 

Tax & Duties

If you are ordering within the United States. All orders under $1000 USD will include all tax and duties / tariffs.  (There is Zero/No Tax and Duties on orders under $1000 USD)

 

We now offer DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) shipping to most countries, including the UK, EU, and USA, meaning all taxes and import duties are calculated and paid at checkout.

For countries where DDP isn’t currently supported, customers are responsible for covering any import taxes or duties charged by their local customs office. These fees are not determined by LINW and will vary depending on your location.

• If you decline to pay customs fees and your order is sent back, your purchase is not eligible for a refund.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of your order arrival date. Goods must be in their original condition, unworn and free of any odors, make up stains and with the original tags - clothing without tags or any of the above will not be accepted under any circumstance.

Return postage costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not cover any return postage. This is final.

Customer Service will then provide you with an update within 48 hours of receiving your return request.

Please allow 14 days from the time we receive your order back at our warehouse for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. It is recommended that you keep the tracking number of your parcel as we are not responsible for any lost or missing parcels. 

Return postage costs and any additional duties & taxes assessed by International Customs when returning items from overseas are the responsibility of the customer, as well as any duties & taxes incurred when receiving the exchanged item. Please allow 21 days from the time we receive your order back at our warehouse for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

There a strictly NO refunds on sale items including Black Friday, Boxing Day and Other Sales Periods including all discount codes. 

Returns need to be in their original condition including all protective packaging and returned within 14 days of you having received the threads along with your receipt. In the instance of damage or defect, we will replace the items, or provide a refund of the original purchase price. If you change your mind about an item we are happy to exchange the product for you, but cannot provide refund or refund freight costs in these.


We can’t accept responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received by us. Understandably, without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund.

Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received in accordance with the returns policy. 


If someone has sent you a gift from Lost In Nowhere but it wasn’t quite right, then you can return it in exchange for a credit note which you can use to redeem on our website, as long as it falls within our returns policy requirements as outlined above.
