1. Promoter

The giveaway is conducted by Lost In Nowhere LLC, trading as LINW, of 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who are residents of Australia, New Zealand or Southeast Asia, subject to applicable local laws.

Eligible Southeast Asian countries include Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Brunei, Myanmar and Timor-Leste.

Employees directly involved in administering the giveaway and their immediate families are not eligible.

3. Competition Period

The giveaway opens at 9:00 AM NZDT on Sunday, 1 November 2026, and closes at 11:59 PM NZDT on Saturday, 5 December 2026.

Only entries received during this period will be eligible.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:

Free Entry

Visit the official LINW Bali Giveaway landing page and submit your name and email address.

Each eligible person may receive one free entry. No purchase is necessary.

Additional Entries Through Purchases

Every qualifying purchase made through the LINW online store or at either LINW Bali retail location during the competition period earns one additional entry.

• No minimum spend is required.
• Every qualifying order earns one entry, regardless of purchase value.
• Multiple qualifying orders earn multiple entries.
• There is no limit on the number of purchase entries.
• Customers do not need to complete the free-entry form to receive an eligible purchase entry.
• Cancelled, fully refunded, fraudulent or invalid orders do not qualify.

Purchase entries are recorded using the customer's order details and associated contact information.

Every valid entry has an equal chance of winning. A purchase does not guarantee a prize.

5. The Prize

One winner will receive a Bali New Year's Eve prize package for themselves and one guest, consisting of:

Return Flights to Bali

• Two return economy airfares to Bali, Indonesia.
• Departures from eligible locations in Australia, New Zealand or Southeast Asia.
• Maximum combined flight allowance of AUD $3,000, including airline taxes and standard airline inclusions.
• Flights arranged by LINW, subject to availability and the final booking conditions.

FINNS New Year's Eve Festival

• Two 2-day General Admission passes to FINNS NYE Festival.
• Valid for 30–31 December 2026 in Bali.

LINW Store Credit

• AUD $1,000 in total store credit, issued in the equivalent value of Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• Two vouchers valued at AUD $500 equivalent each.
• Redeemable at LINW's Bali retail locations.
• Each voucher must be used in one transaction.
• Unused balances cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
• Each voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Its expiry date will be shown on the voucher.
• The IDR value of each voucher will be calculated at Bank Indonesia's published AUD/IDR reference exchange rate on the issue date (or the most recent preceding publication day if no rate is published that day). Once issued, the voucher's IDR value is fixed.

Accommodation is not included.

Unless expressly stated, the prize excludes accommodation, meals, airport transfers, travel insurance, passports, visas and personal expenses.

The winner and their guest must both be at least 18 years old and satisfy all applicable travel requirements.

6. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.

The random draw will take place at 9:00 AM NZDT on Monday, 7 December 2026, administered electronically by LINW. The winner announcement is scheduled for 12:00 PM NZDT on Monday, 7 December 2026, three hours after the draw, subject to any required eligibility checks and applicable law.

The winner will be contacted using the email address provided at entry or associated with their qualifying purchase.

The winner must respond within the applicable claim period and provide the information reasonably required to confirm eligibility and arrange the prize.

If the winner is ineligible or fails to claim the prize within the legally applicable period, LINW may conduct a redraw in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Prize Conditions

The prize is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable except where required by law or expressly approved by LINW.

Flights are subject to airline availability and the maximum AUD $3,000 combined allowance. Any arrangements involving fares above that allowance must be agreed with the winner before booking.

Travel dates must allow attendance at FINNS NYE Festival on 30–31 December 2026.

Any prize substitution will be subject to applicable law and relevant regulatory requirements.

8. Winner Announcement

LINW may announce the winner's first name and country, subject to applicable law.

Any promotional photography, videos or interviews involving the winner will require their consent.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used to administer the giveaway, verify entries, contact the winner and arrange prize fulfilment.

Entrants may separately opt in to receive LINW marketing communications. Marketing consent is not required to enter.

Personal information will be managed in accordance with LINW's Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

10. General Conditions

LINW may verify entries and disqualify fraudulent, misleading or otherwise invalid entries.

Any amendment, suspension or cancellation of the giveaway will be made only where permitted by applicable law and relevant regulatory approvals.

Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer rights or legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

This giveaway is conducted independently by LINW and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, Meta or FINNS Beach Club unless otherwise expressly stated.
